both slow weapons and the hammer is a blunt weapon but since you play doom all that comes to my mind is you liking the hammer and the great sword because of their power!!

Slow weapon but faster than any other weapon if you play two notes!

The horn has songs, play the notes and it'll play the song, those will give you for example more power, defense or even negate any status that the monster makes (like poison)

The charge blade is just..SO good
The charge blade has phials that you need to charge a lot, but those phials can be used for stunning monsters or to do good damage in general (and elemental damage)

it is an axe, shield & sword at the same time

The bow can have different types of arrows or "coats" that can be used to do certain things to the monster as well making the arrows stronger

The insect glaive can be powerful and cool to use when you extract certain "powers" from the monster

the main point of the insect glaive is, of course, the insect! I think you would like the insects and mounting the monsters with this weapon
