local rabbit got oui'd and finally learned RGB in Live2D, decided + demo'd how to do my noses better, and went overboard on steps needed to decide a quote for a project but it looks great

It was @starpyrate 's 2 year VTuber anniversary yesterday, and while we couldn't celebrate how she would've liked -
