I see that you've detracted from your typical character design philosophies with this one. It's a bit jarring, but I guess she still fits.
It was a pain, but I think that I'm done with the outlines. The tricky part with them is that every piece of hair is in a different layer, so I had to find a way to get them ordered so that the outline will still be smoothly around the hair when it moves
Now I gotta do the spots
Added the second eye so I can manage what I'm doing with the hair better. Added some tweaks, most notably the shapes & sizes of the eyes & mouth.
