Dr. Malice is Dajo-Voo's royal mad scientist and arch-nemesis of former netherworld superhero and current prisoner RocketFlight. Xe's loud, sassy and nuts. Though zie claims to be an evil genius, xe can be a bit dumb at times. You'll know more about zir soon enough.

Professor Portalgear is a trans woman who is the lead scientist at MultiVortex Incorporated and the Dyfenders' mentor. She sends them out on missions to save Dimensiopolis or other dimensions. She is kind-hearted, optimistic, wise and a master in coding!

Dislexo is Dajo-Voo's assistant. He worked with him since 2015. They're sarcastic, calm and mindful, but sometimes can have a bit of a wild side. He always tends to help Dajo with his evil plans and serve him as the voice of reason. They also like to write novels.

Prince Dajo-Voo is the arch-nemesis of the Dyfenders. He's bratty, self-centered, fancy and a goofball. He is an interdimensional conqueror who wants to take over the Omniverse & ALL dimensions in it. But he's not COMPLETELY heartless. Remember that. btw he's powerful.

Kaister "Kai" Garrison / Speedrunner is the speedy 3rd member of the Dimension Dyfenders and Knockout's baby brother. He's cautious, energetic and daring. But can sometimes be a bit stubborn. This daredevil uses his "electro-speed" to run super fast & electrecute his enemies!

Mina Springs / Paintdrop is the second in command of the Dimension Dyfenders and Knockout's best friend since childhood! She is strategic, smart and a big imagination! She helps out knockout with her ideas for plans to save the day. She's also a very skilled artist!
