Project 9: The Penguin season 3.
This would be heavily inspired by the story 'Emperor Penguin' This could be the start of the penguin's downfall, all because of one character: the emperor penguin. It would also take place at a similar time to the batman 3.

Project 7: The Batman 3.
This would be where the Joker/Riddler team up would take place as hinted in The Batman 1. It could take inspiration from batman endgame, and some other side villains could be introduced such as Poison Ivy. Robin would also be introduced here although-
