My attempts to make Harmony look less like a sonic character made me try to see what'd happen if I tried to draw sonic in my style, which then lead to me just trying to draw sonic at all, and I remembered that despite learning to draw from sonic chars I SUCK at drawing Sonic
Bit of a warmup/windown doodle while I work on Harmonic Hearts more. It's very interesting having to write around a neutral archetype typically used for a side character and fitting that into a protagonist role of sorts, even for how little writing is planned for the game so far
Made a sample sprite of Slashe from the Rivals of Aether workshop in the Fraymakers spritestyle to see how tough workshop's gonna be in the games style and my gosh. While this is fun to do for *one frame* animating an entire character would be an investment! @McLeodGaming
Also here's the normal render of Fleet cause I was a bit peeved that the pose and vfx I chose covered up some of the illustration
Here to contribute to the newly announced #Fleet fanart for @RivalsOfAether for the first time (despite this character being shown in the last direct). Lets go wind weapon designs!
Brain refused to do nothing tonight so here's some fanart of @CzBacklash 's Kali who I've been meaning to draw for a while. Considering where I work this design is right up my alley and I love it
Art train thingy, though I wont tag anyone as I usually do, train from this as much as ya like, no particular pressure 👍 https://t.co/RgNeB3MD9K
Had the idea in my head for a while of making a workshop Zetterburn, though we got skins so I wasn't sure whether or not to do anything with them, but I was in the mood to draw their key ref.
Freezerburn, the Queen of Black Ice
There was a bit more concept made before I dropped for the time, I think this was right as Rivals of Aether Workshop kicked in. A key visual sketch for a full 3d version of the game, a concept for the Knuckles stand-in character, and an attempt to change the style drastically.
