I like how even early on, James could see the chinks in Oz's approach to dealing with Salem. He could see that working in the shadows wasn't going to cut it-let's be honest, he's right as Salem's been playing that game FAR longer-but he sadly couldn't see the holes in own ways.

Okay, but can someone please explain to me why Winter was kicked out of the meeting? Clearly she's in on the secret war they're all fighting, so why have her leave when things get serious? My only guess is that she doesn't know the full story yet that everyone else does? 🤷🏾‍♂️

The fact that the writers focused on Weiss & Blake's relationship with all their stuff involving the White Fang in volume 1, but have the 2 characters go nowhere with this connection down the line is honestly just depressing.

#CJs2Cents: I know we all joke about how we forget Ruby & Yang are sisters, but how many of y'all forget that Yang is Qrow's niece too & they're all supposed to be close? Anyone else miss them all acting like a real family? 😢

#CJs2Cents: Something that really irritated me in #RWBY7 was the inconsistency of Ruby's eye mastery. In the fight with the Megoliath, she can't use her eyes at all. When Salem brings up Summer, her eyes start to go buggy. And when she sees Cinder, she blasts her instantly. #RWBY

Unlike the other 3 key players in this story-Dimitri, Claude & Rhea-Edelgard never learns to accept the past & move beyond it. Instead, she is forever shackled to it & never dares to confront anything that may challenge the warped mentality it's caused on her. She's the new Rhea.

#CJs2Cents: Ok, this is nothing big but is something that's been quietly getting on my nerves more & more with each passing volume since the timeskip. Why have Weiss & Blake's color themes suddenly been changed? Weiss was white & Blake was black. Now they're blue & white?🤨

#CJs2Cents: Ok, I don't mean to make this a big deal but I noticed from my last tweet & recall from past interactions that some feel that Adam was never retconned because he only got 5 lines before reuniting wit Blake. But I counter that by saying look at the context clues.

#CJs2Cents: So here's something that's honestly been nagging me for awhile now. I feel like the Beacon arc was started & ended a little too fast. I feel like we should've gotten at least ONE year of development with the Beacon 8 at school before the plot kicked in the door. #RWBY
