@lucas_pe_ehrre Somebody crowd me with love
Somebody force me to care
Somebody let come through
I'll always be there
As frightened as you
To help us survive
Being alive...
Chapter 6 of True Metal, 'A Familiar Colossus' is here!
In this installment:
- Starscream and Hux have disagreements over naming conventions
- "Megatron... is that you?"
- Frankie makes contact with the Shadow Zone
- Cody Burns meets Kazuda Xiono, (comic mishaps included)
(yes yes, I know real life boys wear jeans & hoodies all the time. But a cartoon character's default outfit should communicate character right off the bat. See Dipper Pines as a GOOD example: LOADS of personality conveyed through his outfit while still being plausible)
LRT and the 'men can't recognized emotional intimacy' thing...
Trend in children's media: girl's shows tend to focus on groups of equal, female friends. Whereas shows for boys tend to have one main boy hero, surrounded by male supporting characters on differing social footing
It was really nice of the Unicorn Trilogy to introduce a fun, relatable female character as a child, but then also establish in canon her existence, look, and profession as an adult - thus providing a basis for potential future installments with her AS an adult.
Love that for her
