Here's a little horror nightmare WIP experimenting more with resolution, image size, and vector layers after learning something about the artworks I made for class and how I probably can't use them for my show next semester due to resizing errors. So I'm learning new techniques!

Completed, but not yet finished, at least to me. Needed these done for a class tomorrow. Didn't manage to get to the third one. I'm definitely continuing to work on these. The Butcher and Blood-Starved Vampire.

Here's my progress for the night. Really like the direction it's going in. I bounce around with details which is why some things are left unfinished even though they might be on the same layer. It's how my brain works.

Just a comparison of the old and new to show my thought process. The end result should be more like a painting, which I’m gradually pushing in that direction with each layer of sketching. Decided to turn the body bag into a guy split on a meat hook and bring ribs to the counter.

Update on The Butcher sketch. Getting closer to what I want.

My vampire boyfriend is a fluffy boyfriend. I got inspired after watching videos of cute fluffy bats.

Slowly trying to work on this for school. Pretty much gonna be a 2.0 of the second pic. Want to include more imagery from my nightmares. The demon I see with the yellow eyes that wears my skin as it tears me apart in my reflection. The spooky bathroom setting and creepy lighting.
