Sheogorath is known as "The Sithis Shaped Hole". Sithis is Chaos, opposed by Anuiel who is Order. Sheogorath is the Prince of Madness, madness definitively being a state of Chaos. He is opposed by Jyggalag the Prince of Order.

After playing The Elder Scrolls Travels: Stormhold for about 4 hours, I will say it’s dungeon crawler RPG concept as a mobile game in 2003, was wayyy before it’s time. Super ambitious, pushed boundaries. But, good god was that painful.
Jyggalag, the Daedric Prince of Order, was once so power that the other Daedric Princes cursed him. To live in opposition of everything he stood for, to live the life of a madman and bring chaos. Henceforth, Jyggalag became known as the Daedric Prince of Madness, Sheogorath.
