There's an unused icon for a missing sixth D-Dog uniform, /Assets/tpp/ui/texture/EquipIcon/buddy/ui_dd_ddg0_m5_alp.ftex. It seems to look like the Sneaking Suits, but with a device on his side that resembles a black version of a radio device on a DD costume in The Art of MGSV.
