Topsypop (Top hat + Psychic + pop)

Even though it has a small head, Topsypop is highly intelligent and has strong psychic powers. It controls it’s tophat freely, but both have consciousness of their own.

Brawltopop (Brawl + Top hat + Pop)

rawltopop has enormous endurance and force due to its armor. It can be fierce during battle, but when with it’s trainer, Brawltopop is very calm and playful.

Toparak (Top hat + Armor + Krak)

Toparak is a playful pokémon who loves to trick or treat. The big mouth on it’s tophat can be used to store items or to attack foes, but Toparak itself is very fragile.

Toppap (Top hat + Snap)

Toppap is a shy spirit that likes to take possession of a tophat. When inside one, it can hide itself and use the tophat as a meaning of transportation. If a person were to use the tophat, Toppap can hypnotize and temporarily control the user.
