Anyone else ever notice how this style of official Mario art and the Adventure era official Sonic art are kinda similar? They're not EXACTLY the same, sure, but they feel like two sides of a coin. Same base, but Mario's is clean and crisp while Sonic's is looser and more fluid.

Drew a bunch of my ladies with alternate hairstyles! The lady with Toffee is Licorice's mom, Ms. Salt. I don't think I've introduced her yet. Oh, and Twinkelen isn't really mine, she's @aw0_aj's.

I love drawing Sonic characters. They have such strong, simple designs.

After that Toffee, I figured I should give Licorice the same treatment. No older Licorice drawing to compare it to this time, though.

The New Years had me in the mood to draw something I could compare to something from last year, so I drew Toffee! On the left is a Toffee from Christmas of last year, and on the right is the new one. Her design has continued to evolve, and I'd say I've improved a fair bit, too!

Toffee and Licorice will have kids, eventually, so for fun, here's a time-skip to show off one of their daughters, Caramel. She's more into comics than video games, and she's a little narcoleptic. She's also REALLY fond of a certain dog she grew up around, fyi.
