Continuing our look at groovy '70s Marvel TOMB OF DRACULA crossovers...these make a little more sense to me because there's a supernatural thread running through all of the characters. (I guess technically Blade isn't really a crossover because he showed up in TOD a lot. Oh well)
Tell me you've never shot a scoped rifle or tried to shoot one of the fastest and most erratic winged animals in the world out of the sky without telling me either of those things
Dracula and...Silver Surfer??!! Hey man, it was Marvel, it was the Seventies, what can I tell ya....
Creeping closer to the weekend with a quad-box of classic '70s TOMB OF DRACULA covers!!
Neal Adams knocks it out of the park with this cover for TOMB OF DRACULA #6 (1973)!
Awesome Bernie Wrightson cover for DC's SECRETS OF HAUNTED HOUSE (Jan. 1982)! Check out the reflection of the jack-o'-lantern head on the ground -- nice touch!

DC's SECRETS OF HAUNTED HOUSE had some of the best opening splash pages of any comic around...Destiny was an interesting character & framing device -- part traditional horror comic host, part cosmic avatar like The Watcher or Dr. Strange.
