Let's use Butch Hartman's shows as an example! The anatomy in The Fairly Odd Parents runs on its own logic. Necks don't usually exist, hands curl into a specific "default" shape when they aren't otherwise occupied, etc. Tiny legs. Also most shots are done at a 3/4 angle.
