I'm working on a lot of really complex pieces at the moment so to relax I went back to this and did quick a little color study. This is closer to what I originally had in mind, too!

This time I paid more attention to the first design and tried to capture what I think I tried to go for back then. A little rusty in the anatomy and gesture department this year, but more confident and efficient brushwork.
