Sighting of the day - catching this pipistrelle sp. flying in daylight over the end of the drydocks in front of Techniquest. Seemed to be finding plenty to eat but really not good seeing one out in January

Nice light on the Black-necked Grebe in the Bay this morning

The Cardiff Bay Black-necked Grebe came into towards @StDavidsHotel very briefly late pm with some decent light to boot @welshbirders

Lots of Whitethroat around Cardiff Bay at the mo, here's one diving out of its song flight @RSPBCymru @BTO_Cymru
