One of the oddest censors in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX dub was changing sake to hot sauce.

Not just because drinking it is...not good for kids either, but later in the series Misawa is literally seen drinking tabasco from the bottle. This scene was completely cut from the dub...

However you can still find parts of the show where the dialogue doesn't completely sync up to the flaps. Not sure why the flaps weren't modified in those cases though.

The English dubs of Yu-Gi-Oh! anime have some edited lip flaps in certain shots. Though obviously that goes along with all the visual censors and removed shots so it doesn't sync up with the JP audio anyway. 1/2
