When I told my sister there was a Tom and Jerry anime, she was expecting something more like this.

I really liked the designs in Wolverine and the X-Men. I know X-Men the Animated Series is the more popular and why that one is coming back, but can we bring this show back too? (that and X-Men Evolution).

Do kids need reboots to introduce them to cartoon franchises? Personally, I don't think so. My introduction to Scooby in the 90's was the original, not A Pup or What's New. If the goal is simply to show kids these old IPs, a simple re-airing/remastering would do the trick.
