Draft cover for issue #5 - I think I like it.

Now I’ve sent issue #3 for publishing I’ve decided to go gangbusters on issues 4, 5 and 6 and try and draw them all together. See if I can do three whole issues in the first month of 2023…piece of cake…

I’ve finished drawing comic #3. Now I’m getting all the word balloon layers right before I send for a first-proof print. This 3-page scene is pretty much finished tonight.

An early cover idea that I decided not to use in the end - one of the many outtakes that litter my iCloud storage. Perhaps I could use this one as a variant cover for one of the comics one day?

Just the lettering to do on this page now.

Another page finished. Hopefully I’m now back on track to publish issue #3 of my Buffalo Bill Amos Rides Again! comic early in October. All laid out, sketched, inked, coloured and lettered in the amazing @comicdrawapp as ever.

I haven’t posted any art for a week or so because I’ve been working on some comic-book pages for a corporate client - I’m now free again, though, to work on my Buffalo Bill Amos Rides Again! comic. This is tonight’s efforts effort…

This is the opening page of book #3 - still a work in progress. I’ve spent hours on this opening panel today and have still got a million miles to go! The perspective is a nightmare…

…I’m pleased with the photogravure colour palette though. That’s something.
