I’ve finished drawing comic #3. Now I’m getting all the word balloon layers right before I send for a first-proof print. This 3-page scene is pretty much finished tonight.

This is the opening page of book #3 - still a work in progress. I’ve spent hours on this opening panel today and have still got a million miles to go! The perspective is a nightmare…

…I’m pleased with the photogravure colour palette though. That’s something.

The last two pages of book #3 of my Buffalo Bill Amos Rides Again! series of comic books. I re-did the wording on these from earlier versions. These are the last two pages of this book, but I don’t draw the pages of the story in order; I’m about halfway through book #3 right now.

Spent quite a bit of time on these foreground sketches getting the composition right for this panel and can now draw the three characters up and fit them into the layered background. (In case anyone’s interested at all in how I do some of these things.)

This page is beginning to take shape with the foreground characters nearly finished.
