Mike Flanagan's shows have been amazing, Midnight Mass last year was fantastic, as well as Haunting of Hill House and Haunting of Bly Manor, and I'm really looking forward to his House of Usher adaptation. Flanagan's stuff is in no small part why I've kept my subscription at all.

7. DARKWOOD

I bought this when it first came out of Early Access, tried it once and noped the hell out. It took me *YEARS* to work up the courage to properly give it a go. One of the most intensely scary games I've ever played, a horror masterpiece.

I do love games like this, where things start getting complex and spiraling out of control, while you try to get a handle on the mechanics. Except the side-on perspective gives this a unique spin, it feels really different that way.
