Darwyn Cooke, Doc Shaner, and Alex Ross are absolutely my favorite modern artists when it comes to drawing Captain Marvel :^)

insane that it didn't click for me until last year that:

A) Jay's helmet is like, well, literally Hermes' helmet since Hermes is the god of speed AND

B) Barry (and all subsequent Flashes) have those ear things because it's sorta emulating how the helmet looks :^)

it's kinda insane how many alternate futures Batman '89 ended up getting through various sequels and continuations. You have the recent Batman '89 comic, the Schumacher movies, and now the whole thing of it being in The Flash. Woulda been another one if we got Batgirl too </3

I still can't get over how absurdly cool her design is

DC, stop using Inza as Kent's dead wife challenge. she's almost always reduced to an old-timey picture in a locket for Kent to wistfully gaze at.

Inza had an amazing run as Fate and has always been an incredibly vital part of Kent's life and stories, she deserves much better <3
