Meet Hao Huay, Fen's older brother.

He was a former sniper in the octarian army but after being ambushed and losing his eye he couldn't do it anymore and paints now instead.

He is a very caring person and he might have already stolen a heart~

Starting of with one of my oldest Splatoon Ocs;
Leon! He used to be muuuch different (basically just Blue from Splatoon) but over the years he developed into an own character with much more depth.

Although his backstory is kinda sad he is a real sweetheart and also Agent 4 👀
