Burnel doesn't really have a Police Force in the classical sense, instead it has a Watch Building staffed by volunteers. This agency is run by Moxie, who is a Polymorph! Sometimes in the city, you have to be the right shape for the job.

I thought for this instead of going for literal darkness, we'd look at some of Burnel's less savory characters, those who you might run into in a dark forest or alley.

Do be careful in the dark dear ones! Here there are lots of ways to go astray.

For today let's take a look at Burnel's most mechanical resident Fre Quency, their origins are unknown fully, but Gizmet found them in a dumpster and put them back together. A good synthetic bean.
