Many women don't give much thought to pensions, but there's a yawning pensions gap caused by:
➡️ gender pay gap
➡️ career breaks/unpaid caring
➡️ unequal promotion
➡️ PT work
➡️ low earners excluded from auto-enrolment
➡️ poor childcare provision limits work

Gender neutral policies do not necessarily deliver gender equal outcomes
Policies must be gender RESPONSIVE
ie have gender equality targets backed by strategies, clear plans & a budget to enable equality of outcome between men & women
