But curiously, no anti-virus. I guess you could say the new Colonel and Iris Wily created are anti-viruses (?)

Fun fact, a designer comment notes that Bass/Forte.EXE's headfins can be slightly deformed or changed juuuust a bit if it makes him look cool.

That's why the fins are so inconsistent between artworks, because if it looks "cool" it gets shipped out.
