I kinda think Nakayama prefers Vent, since his artwork features a considerably more interesting scene compared to Aile's one.

Here's a tidbit of Mega Man X trivia for you. The X hunters were originally going to have a 4th female member, but she alongside with Violen's second form were scrapped due to limitations. X kai was created as a character to sort of fill in that gap (+to make a redeco toy).
