I know we have Cyrus's ancestor in the game too but I really would not be surprised if that's meant as a fake out and this guy turns out to be the true villain for the game. This design just looks it's waiting for him to get into some badass pose or new outfit

Ok wait so King Shark is in the Harley Quinn show as well as the recent Suicide Squad movie. Who's he a villain for in DC stuff? Cause I know he's not a batman villain and I don't think he's a superman one either. Is this just like a recent new character I don't know about?
