Allowed him to use the form to its fullest.

It helps him do things like the kaioken and the Spirit bomb as well

Super tries to claim that Goku can't do a Spirit bomb as a Super Saiyan because there's too much malice in the form, but back in DBZ Goku literally trained to the point that he could even maintain Super Saiyan in his sleep.

@TheIceMan711 @SukaiBTW For the anime Krillin says oh he can't do it because there's too much malice, that's kind of borderline retcon because that contradicts what Goku was able to do all the way back in the cell saga.

@TheIceMan711 @SukaiBTW That's what we call a retcon as well, Goku and Gohan and literally mastered Super Saiyan to the point that they could sleep in the form and there was no difference between their personality in super versus base.
