A less mainstream indie rep but Madeline from Celeste is really popular and from a game that's both really popular and been tied with nintendo since launch. Tbh I think the recent DLC has just really stuck her in my brain lol. PLUS, she would be the first confirmed lgbt rep!!!!!

I haven't played a lot of Puyo Puyo but I've really enjoyed what I played and I would be really interested to see how they would incorporate Arle into the game. She's old school, iconic, and we need some more girls!!
