A lot of the cultural aspects of the Voa were actually transcribed into the Rogue for UATS, even! Like their language and affinity towards shawls, cloaks, and scarves.

@comicartistchat Oh digital, absolutely. I have a pack of space brushes I LOVE to use for glow effects, plus the layers and editing is so handy and quick, replicable, and to me just more fun!
