I updated the design of an environment beneath Theok’s World I posted not too long ago. I liked the previous design but it felt a tad too otherworldly for me. #WIP #sketch

I also decided to draw a very quick concept of one of the species of Theok’s World. An insectoid species that live deep underground in caves beneath.

Looks better cropped, but that's life sometimes 🙂. I was in a low mood when I started this and in a great mood when I finished, so it worked for me and I'm ready to get started on something new.

I made a slightly more colourful version of my previous piece. I still like the other, colder colours too but I also decided I wanted a more colourful one.

Last time I tried to model Theok it looked like this and took waaay longer so I'm pretty happy. (this was a few years ago)

I don't really know why I didn't just take a screenshot, that photo was terrible! 😅

I'm hoping to develop this further today, it's a sketch from probably years ago but I really like the general shape and atmosphere of it. I thought if I post it to you all I might actually feel some healthy pressure to make some progress on it.
