Another image for the MtGAFR concept push, this time a halfling fighter. I thought having her dual wielding an elven dagger and an orcish knife as her swords (that she liberated from their previous owners) was a fun concept.

Now for some example characters from the Mtg: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms concept push. Here's a half-orc barbarian I worked up.

My first D&D book cover was just previewed! Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. I've always loved D&D covers and it was a huge honor to be asked to work on one.
30 x 36 inches, oils on cradled masonite.

More work for MtG's Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. I spent a lot of the concept push working on anatomy for the playable races and one of the biggest challenges there was clarifying/updating what the Dragonborn look like.

Journey to the Oracle and Jadzi, Oracle of Arcavios, my final two paintings for MtG's Strixhaven. It was a lot of fun putting together the story of finding this wise old lady.
