Facebook told me I sketched the Batman on the left 2 years ago today. Both are similar and both are style/technique experiments. Seeing improvement is neat.

The ultimate goal for me is to keep the chaotic energy of the layouts in the final pages, while still refining them just enough to not look like chicken scratch. There’s a happy middle ground somewhere that I have trouble finding. Anyway, here’s a couple rough layouts.
