Honorable Mention: I just started Returnal yesterday and it looks amazing. I had seen videos but playing it, it's a different thing. Also: Everything seems to have tentacles.

Outer wilds -> Even with a rather simplistic 3D nothing beats travelling through space in Outer Wilds. It all just really works well together, visuals, music and game design. It's a really good game and it technically counts since they just released a DLC :D

Chicory: A colorful tale -> The art in this game is so simple, yet so clever and tasteful. Making the player take part in it it's also an amazing idea. I need to finish this one but it's been super enjoyable so far. Super relatable for artists as well.

Arcane -> Just out of the artstyle alone Arcane has been pretty impactful this year I'd say. The shockwaves of fanart this thing has caused is comparable to Into the Spiderverse. And I'll take anything that mildly remembers me of dishonored 2.
