Wisp's Attire. Will-O-Wisp's Attire was a little too much for the title, I like to keep things simple.
The color scheme might remind you of a certain villain. I like blue flames.

I know the suite is supposedly transparent,

I wasn't feeling it too much when I had 8 piece, the balance was all too left, but now that it's 10 I see it...
