Been sitting on this since late November, actually. Behold, Nelly. The lizard wizard, as drawn by @bittenhardly. She's about 7'6" (2.29 meters.), greatly enjoys physical contact with mammals to steal their warm, and is dangerously obsessed with magical items. (Even cursed ones.)

When writers, RPers, or artists refer to the children of a setting's non-human sapient races as animal-specific terms like "hatchling" or "kit." It's CHILDREN. The word is CHILDREN. THIS IMPLIES SOMETHING INCREDIBLY RACIST ABOUT THE LANGUAGE OR TRANSLATORS IN THE SETTING.

And the praetorians are the xenomorphs' royal guards. They only exist in hives that have been established long enough for some to molt, which we know at least takes more than a month because they weren't in Aliens. They're big, strong, and hard to penetrate the shells of.

Here's some design change comparison stuff of Marbelle, too. Also by @bammacreme and @Fusspot. (Sorry I've tagged you two twice today.) The first one even features Potato Jane. Over time I just opted to give Marbelle a bulkier build than you got in-game, and cleared her carvings.

Don't think I really have any Wildstar screenshots to share anymore that haven't been shared already. At least, not that are worth it. But, uh, somber Wildstar Day of Mourning, everyone. I guess here's some art showing Penne's design change over time. (Credits in the next reply.)

Quick, somebody gimme 90 dollars or so so I can get Garrett friggin' Hanna, official concept artist for the game in question, to draw Penne or Obsidianne.

Talking about Chrono Cross today I remembered that the character Razzly had ever existed, and that somehow I'd forgotten crushing pretty hard on the pixie as a 12 year old. And now, looking at my tastes with unnatural hair colors, fairies, the Christmas elf look... It's like "oh"
