Ken's nightmares were about his brother-whose death he blamed himself for-all the Digimon he's hurt as the Digimon Emperor getting revenge on him, and reliving Wormmon's "death".

I dread to think of what Stingmon's nightmares might entail if they're worse than all of that. 😨
