One of the first tasks I did when I joined the team! The tall ones are based on animals, but with an extra eyeball and some fun big fangs. This isn't anywhere biologically correct, but it was enough to sell the idea.

FX concepts! I had a lot of fun with these since don't do them often. We have people with good eyes for VFX on our team. I help where I can, usually providing a jumping point for them to work off of.
