New drawing vs old drawing

So I wanna head to try something new for shading and coloring and I just did it on my character with a face expression So yea

So here is smiley this took so long to finish at the time because I need to think of his colors and I wanted him to say “do we have a deal!” or something of fire is blue is to do the deal but I am so sorry about the shades but I hope you like if not that is okay

So I went to draw my character/myself as in a sad place that I am in but I am still trying my best to do digital drawing because it hard to think about adding something stuff I but I got lazy doing this but hey at least I try anyways
