I was drawing something and now I don't know what's next. My brain suddenly went blank while drawing. Is it because the guide lines was confusing that my brain cannot process what to do next?

First time drawing a male. So far it was a fail. The guy looked like he said was wearing make up. Fudge. Sigh~ this is just the primary sketch and I'll try to fix this later.
