Who made this art, ive been looking for like 20 mins now, and the closest i can find is "Lord Frieza! by Quil" and i dont think thats the artist/cant find the page of them.

heres what i was working on to see how my wrist would fair, it seems i can do general tasks like drawing again, after work today ill be jumping back on the commissions ive been unable to do because of my wrist, please be patient as my time is still very low, goin back to work.
