I think NFT investors who could not afford bluechip projects are moving in.

I think the market is migrating back to quality/history.

I think new NFT investors are interested again at trying the market at these prices (ETH).

I think old NFT investors are taking advantage.

Picked up some @froyoverse pre-reveal and some floors I think looked too clean to pass up on the post-reveal dumping.
