Chris Difford's podcast is well worth a listen. What's special about them all is, in particular, Difford's questions, which are beautifully judged & open up new light on even very familiar stories from the musicians he speaks with. https://t.co/k0PiYlxg2P
Superman "fabric poster" from 1976, which appropriated Neal Adams' Man of Steel from 1972's SM#252. I stared at that cover for hours at the time, fascinated by how NA took characters from DC's different fiefdoms & made them look as if they came from a clearly unified universe.
Because if we add up the number of story-pages of Kirby's that were also printed, they reach, as far as I tell, the intimidating total of 41 fully pencilled pages along with 32 pages of layouts. & JK was also typically functioning as co-plotter on many, if not all, of those (3/4)
@LovelyLee_G @lewstringer I honestly can't chose between the two. Two seriously splendid costumes, albeit, as you say, no park-walk to draw.

Why yes, today's playlist while writing is 1990. 102 songs, 7 hours & 54 minutes long, all kicking off with these four splendid singles.
John Totleben’s Miracleman, as taken from his & Alan Moore’s run on the character, as appropriated for a Spanish Comics Forum/Eclipse promo postcard in 1990 announcing a Spanish translation of the strip.
I've never seen these 2002 Frank Quitely covers for a Wizard reprint of 1975's Uncanny X-Men #94. Quite a comparison with the Gil Kane, Dave Cockrum,& Danny Crespi original.
Do I love them both? I most certainly do.
