And also working on the Urchin Story that I wrote and drew, which seems weird for someone taking a break but it was actually quite invigorating. It’s a story of Monsieur in his younger days: set in a time I’m calling “the Schmeventies”...

So as I said a while back, I’ve been taking a short break from drawing BANDETTE to recharge.

Part of this break has been spent co-writing the upcoming WRASSLE CASTLE with @PaulTobin, now being drawn by @Knightofpaper /Galaad, to be published by @myriad_books / @thevaultcomics...

My friend @marbleshaspants gave me a couple skeins of this alpaca yarn she hand-dyed with red cabbage. Had to color correct the hell out of this photo to approximate the color, a cool silvery blue/gray. It's so pretty!!!
