Since I got the new iPad, I had a change to go thru my art gallery in sketchbook. Have some rare pieces of mine, all abandoned for one reason or another, and never taken to completion.

Still amazed how far I've come in 3 short years. And so excited to see where I'll end up.

This was a technically challenging piece for me, and I poured my heart into it for @RedLaurent. In the end between two softwares this was about 60 layers.

Thank you so much for entrusting me with something so significant. And for sharing with me the stories that inspired it.

Last WIP update for @RedLaurent - don't want to reveal too much now! Should be done with this in the next week or so I expect. Really focusing on the lighting and getting that just right.

One more week and I can finally unveil this masterpiece ~ it's been killing me not to post the full finished piece but y'all are going to love it as much as myself and @Neauxwahn do!
