Every good artist had to draw hundreds of bad pictures before they got to the good ones.
I'm not the best artist by a long shot, but here's some thing I drew way back in 2012 and something I drew a year ago.

#2009vs2019art
Thought it would be neat to end the year with a comparison to something I did in 2009.

I really liked these 2 sketches so I decided to clean them up a little.
I couldn't decide which lighting set up looked better with Ushio so I decided to just share both.

Haven't had the time to do the daily drawings lately, I want to return to that at some point but for now I'll just try to share as many new drawings as I can.
Here's this painting I did yesterday

Futoshi Nishiya is an artist who's work I have been inspired by for quite some time now. He was a master at expressing lots of detail with very few lines. He may no longer be with us, but I think the work he did in his life is timeless.
