This story is a direct prequel to the Dead Apple film, and we are given the following statement from Fyodor in his conversation with Shibusawa.

"As someone who has known you for a long time." And this is taking place SIX YEARS before Dead Apple.

I might like is such an easy way to do it. Sending it with “I thought you might like this” or “I thought if you When I saw this” are such fast and simple ways to open the door.
