LOL IS 2021 THE YEAR OF RETROS!? Even Chinese satellites!?

The 400th Long March is a 4B that launched at 00:11 UTC, successfully. But the thingys on top is “Shijian 6 Group 05”! SJ-6 are pairs of sats believed for ELINT launched WAY back 2004-10. Why reappearing after 11 years!?

Back to Taiyuan, the launch has indeed successfully occurred - it’s indeed GF-11-03 launched by a LM-4B as expected with T-0 at 01:51 UTC.
