Every volume of Witch Hat Atelier reinforces it as my favorite current comic. Art and character bits are fantastic, and the way it talks about morality and class stratification blow away a certain other series about kids learning magic.

I don't think I've said it officially, but I'm lettering the upcoming English releases of the manga adaptations of Thunderbolt Fantasy and Les Misérables. Having a really great time with both since they both have fun messy-looking sound effects.

With Hat Atelier is a genuinely wonderful story about magic, understanding differences in people's backgrounds, abilities, and the ways they learn, and it has art that is a joy to look at. I implore you to read it!
